

Two new team members joined the Parker Commercial Staffing line of business. Rachel Macklin and Stacy Highland will be serving clients and contractors as Senior Recuiter and Recruiting Assistant, respectively.
Senior Recruiter, Rachel Macklin, brings 12 years of experience in recruiting, business development, and customer service with experience in a full-cycle, fast-paced recruiting environment managing over 1500 inquiries on an annual basis. She has led a team of five individuals and held project management leadership responsibility for several initatives.
Rachel has a passion for photography and theater and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with honors from New York University.
Recruiting Assistant, Stacy Highland, has over 10 years of experience in HR, recruiting, and administrative support. Stacy has both corporate recruiting and staffing industry experience which provides Parker with a unique set of skills from which our contractors and clients will benefit. She has been responsible for sourcing and screening candidates as well as payroll processing, updating HRIS tracking systems, employee files, office supply management, and sourcing.
Stacy has completed college coursework in Computer Science and has an interest in technology.
