We are pleased to announce November’s Pbody Award winner, Dan DeLucca, who works as a Parker Contractor at Memory Lane! Dan’s managers had this to say about him:

“I am nominating Dan DeLucca for the Peabody Award that is awarded by Parker Staffing. I think that Dan DeLucca deserves the Peabody award for a number of reasons. The first reason is the level of professionalism that Dan brings with him to this job. He dresses professionally at a job that doesn’t require professional dress. He isn’t just dressed professionally. More importantly, his actions are always professional. He is always on time, at his desk and ready to go each day at the start of his shift and will always make sure the queue is cleared out at the end of the day before leaving.

"The next reason I have for nominating him is because he is good at what he does. I know that Dan has had a number of different occupations. He has brought the best of all those occupations to this position. When I am talking to him about why we do things certain ways he will sometimes question it, but will always listen with an open mind to find out what the reason is. He challenges me to be a better lead by doing this.

"The third reason I have for nominating him is he is a good role model. As mentioned above, he is professional and he models that professionalism for the other employees. He is also one of the people who helps train our new employees when they go onto the floor to start taking calls. He is a good listener with them and provides them with helpful feedback. He is also a good role model for them when he is showing them how he takes calls.

"All in all, Dan is really a joy to work with. He is one of those people who make my job easier by doing his job so well.”
